Select head to Settings > View all Outlook settings.
From there, clickon Mail > Compose and reply
Type up the identifyfor your electronic mail signature in the Edit signatureidentify placeholder text, add in any applicabledescriptions if you like, and click on on Save.
How to add an email signature in Outlook manually ?
Head to the majormenu in Outlook and pick outthe New message.
Type in your message, and when you’re geared up to ship the mail, click on on the dot menu (…)adjoining to the Send option.
