How to add an email signature in Outlook..

Go to and login into outlook account

Select head to Settings > View all Outlook settings.

From there, click on Mail > Compose and reply

Type up the identify for your electronic mail signature in the Edit signature identify placeholder text, add in any applicable descriptions if you like, and click on on Save.

How to add an email signature in Outlook manually ?

Head to the major menu in Outlook and pick out the New message.
